Resep Rainbow Cake

Bahan-Bahan

1. 3 btr telur
2. 100 gr gula pasir
3. 1/2 sdt ovalet
4. 120 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
5. 1 bks kecil nutrijell rasa strobery
6. 80 ml minyak sayur
7. 100 ml susu cair
8. Sejumput garam
9. Secukupnya pewarna makanan (sesuai selera)

Langkah

1. 1. Kocok telur, gula dan ovalet hingga soft peak
2. 2. Turunkan speed rendah, masukkan nutrijell kocok sebentar lalu masukkan  tepung terigu kocok sampai rata sebentar saja, matikan mixer
3. 3. Masukkan susu cair, aduk rata, trakhir masukkan minyak sayur aduk lipat dengan spatula hingga tercampur rata
4. 4. Bagi menjadi beberapa bagian, dan beri beberapa tetes pewarna pada masing" wadah
5. 5. Tuang 1 bagian dalam loyang yg sudah diolesi margarine dan diberi alas kertas roti, kukus slama 5 menit, tuang lagi 1 bagian adonan yg lain kukus lagi slama 5 menit, lakukan hingga adonan habis, setelah adonan trakhir di tuang kukus lebih lama skitar 15 menit
6. 6. Jika sudah, matikkan api dan keluarkan dari loyang, dinginkan

Resep Brownies Chocollate

Bahan-bahan

1. 4 butir telur
2. 8 Sdm tepung terigu (150 grm)
3. 10 sdm gula pasir (200 grm)
4. 100 grm margarin
5. 3 bks Chocollatos
6. 1/2 sdt SP/TBM/ovalet (saya SP)
7. 1/2 sdt baking soda
8. 1 sachet SKM coklat
9. 100 grm meses coklat (tergantung selera)

Langkah

1. Tim margarine dan 2 bks chocolatos. Sisihkan. Ayak tepung terigu, baking soda dan 1 bks Chocollatos. Sisihkan
2. Kocok telur, SP dan gula sampai mengembang ± 10 menit.
3. Masukan ayakan tepung kedalam kocokan telur sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk (putar balik) sampai rata. Masukan margarin yang ditim sedikit demi sedikit aduk rata.
4. Ambil ± 5 SDM adonan tambahkan SKM aduk.
5. Bagi 2 adonan. Masukan 1 bagian adonan kedalam loyang yang telah diolesi nargarine atau minyak makan. Kukus adonan selama 15 menit. Tambahkan adonan yang telah dicampur SKM, beri meses diatasnya secara merata. Kukus selama 10 menit. Tambahkan adonan ke dua dan kukus selama 25 menit. Brownies Chocollatos kukus siap disajikan.
6. Note: panaskan kukusan terkebih dahulu dengan air yang banyak. Jangan lupa untuk membungkus tutup kukusan dengan kain
